WEDDING POLICIES

Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God since the creation of the world and man.  God saw that it was not good for man to be alone so God made for Adam a woman, Eve, to be his wife and partner in life.  The holiness of the marriage covenant is just as important today as it was from the beginning, and because of this we firmly believe all weddings at Friendly Avenue should be an act of worship to the glory of God.  Because we value marriage as an act of worship, we have devised certain policies the church maintains to keep the holiness of God the central focus of the wedding ceremony.
