Ministries / Men's Ministry

The Men’s Ministry biblically trains and equips men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church, and in their places of business. We accomplish this mission through various means such as our Men's Discipleship groups, the Brotherhood Breakfasts, the Men's Bible Study group, service activities, and the Jail Ministry. Come join us as we seek to live and love others like Jesus Christ!

Men's Discipleship

Our Men's Discipleship groups meet at various times and locations throughout the week. The intent behind these groups is to see each man become a more dedicated disciple of Christ in every area of life through Bible study, prayer, and accountability. Specifically we strive to equip each man in these basic Christian disciplines:

  1. Continuing in the Word
  2. Continuing in Prayer
  3. Fellowship
  4. Witnessing to salvation in Christ

The Brotherhood Breakfast

Our monthly Men’s Breakfast that takes place on the third Saturday every month (except summer months and December) in the Mult-Purpose Room at 7:45 a.m. Men enjoy a homecooked meal and hear a powerful message given by different speakers. Our men offer their service in ministry through two or three service projects during the course of the year.

Men's Bible Study

This is a self-led Bible study group geared for men of all ages on Thursday mornings in the Room 109W. Come and join the fellowship and encouragement this group can offer you.

Jail Ministry

There are over 500 inmates in jail in Greensboro. We have the opportunity to share the life-changing message of the gospel with them and to help bring them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  We are always looking for new volunteers to help serve in this vital ministry. Those who are presently working in the jail ministry will be delighted to assist new volunteers.

If you are not able to participate by going to the jail and sharing with the inmates you can still contribute by purchasing Bibles for the inmates. Many of them frequently request Bibles.
