DISASTER RELIEF

For I testify that they gave a much as they were able, and even beyond their ability... But they gave of themselves first to the Lord and then to us in keeping with Gods’ will.“ - 2 Corinthians 8:3a and 5

The Disaster Relief Ministry works in conjunction with the Baptist Men and works locally in North Carolina and in other states to assist after a disaster strikes an area. The Disaster Relief Team has done local cleanup in Greensboro after wind damage. It has organized and worked in various cities in North Carolina, West Virginia, and South Carolina. The team assists in various ways including getting mud out of houses, removing trees, installing sheet rock, painting, putting up trim on houses and roof repairs. It has also helped to build churches in West Virginia and South Carolina.

Currently the Disaster Relief Ministry is asking for volunteers to serve and financial contributions to help stock the Disaster Relief trailer.  If you have a passion for this ministry please contact Alan Davis and ask how you can be a part of this life-changing ministry.
