DAY TRIPS

Do you like to travel, but still sleep in your own bed? Do you like to ride the bus and leave the driving to someone else? Then we have the answer for you! Day trips are provided, so that you can spend a day observing, shopping, eating out, and having fun! 

Among the trips taken are ones to The Cove; Salisbury Tour/Carolina Lily; State Fair by Train; Sanford; Stoneville/Madison (Ruby Rose Tearoom and Shopping); Luncheon Theater at Wytheville; Virginia; Smithfield, Cody Creek, and many others.

Occasionally, senior adults join other groups from the church to take longer trips.  An example of these was a trip to the Amish Country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
